row in the world-famous "red guide", the Michelin Guide 2010. The

Hassen Bouaouli
Former professionnal handball player of US Créteil
and OM Vitrolles, Finance graduate from the Université de Dauphine, Hassen
Bouaouli decided one day to turn his passion for cuisine into a full time
job by going through the official training (French CAP diploma) and opening
a restaurant. The efforts paid off quickly, since only one year after
opening la maison haute it was already referenced in the Michelin Guide and
got an excellent evaluation
from the TABLES & AUBERGES DE FRANCE label.
